Music fans from around Australia will again descend on Burnett Heads / Taribelang Bunda in the beautiful Bundaberg region for Lighthouse Country when it returns on Saturday, 4 May 2024 for what will be a big day out of country music.

Launching into its 2nd year, Lighthouse Country is located by the gateway to the Great Barrier Reef on Queensland’s beautiful Coral Coast and 2024’s stellar lineup is sure to again attract record crowds.

The huge lineup of Aussie legends set to grace the main stage in 2024 are (drumroll, please): John Williamson, Lee Kernaghan, Kasey Chambers, Brooke McClymont + Adam Eckersley, James Blundell, Kingswood, Hillbilly Goats, Pete Denahy, Mark Lavender and Keely Ellen. Local Taribelang Aboriginal Corporation will kick off the proceedings with an emotional Welcome to Country.

Lighthouse Country’s inaugural event in 2023 was a massive hit with locals and country music fans alike and promoter, Gavin Hales, is proud to bring the country to Burnett Heads again in 2024.

He said, “We are thrilled to be able to showcase this big day out of country and bring this amazing lineup to our region. With workshops and activities for the kids, everyone will be entertained for the whole day and night!”

Lighthouse Country will once again support the important work of the Sea Turtle Alliance, Great Barrier Reef Legacy and RACQ LifeFlight.

Lighthouse Country is a one day, family friendly event with tickets going on sale at 9.00am on Thursday, 16 November
